This one-of-a-kind bowl is hand crafted of black porcelain, and is adorned with texture crafted of lace, dipped into porcelain slip. Once fired in the kiln the lace burns, leaving behind the structure of this beautiful vintage lace pattern. The lace was applied inside the bowl and was then draped over the rim in certain areas. The rim as well as the lace structured parts on the outside are glazed with 22 karat gold luster. The inside of the bowl is glossy black and partially textured from the lace, while the outside of the bowl is left unglazed, revealing the raw beauty of the black porcelain, it is also adorned with the texture of the lace imprint, all creating a beautiful contrast between textures. 

The bowl measures 3" in diameter and is 1 1/4" high.
